OUR 27th client is DEBT FREE!

Christians Against Poverty - There is always hope
Christians Against Poverty

We are thrilled to announce:

Our 27th client has completed their respective route out of debt becoming DEBT FREE! Woohoo! This brings our total to 27 families or individuals who have achieved Debt Free status with our free and holistic support since we opened seven years ago as East Dorset Christians Against Poverty (CAP) debt centre.

With their multiple award-wining free service, CAP Head Office negotiate with creditors to set up payment plans and budgets in line with government guidelines. Our local Debt Coach, Pam Ansell and volunteers, provide a variety of practical and befriending support tailored to the client’s preferences throughout their journey out of debt. People are helped irrespective of their age, gender, faith or background.

Weighed down by debt?

If you or someone you know is feeling weighed down by debt, then we can help for free. You may think your situation is impossible, but there is hope

It all starts with a free call to 0800 328 0006 where you will speak to a friendly person who will book your first 1-2-1 appointment with Pam. Or for more information please contact Pam Ansell on 07458 395740.

There is always hope.

Money Management course

Free money management courses

run periodically throughout the year

Tuesday evenings – 7:00pm – 9:00pm

at the Turbary Resource Center

Corbin Avenue, Ferndown.

We are running our next Money Management Course in early November over for three evenings across three weeks.

Do you want to stay on top of your utility bills, council tax and other weekly costs?

This course takes you through a series of short video clips with time to discuss ideas and opportunities on how to restructure the way you can manage your money more effectively using the CAP money management system. Great opportunity to look at putting a budget in place and saving for a ‘rainy day’.

If you know of anyone who would be interested in coming, could you let them know and ask them to get in contact with me – Pam Ansell – via email at pamansell@capuk.org.
